We source most of our ingredients from our backyard vegetable and herb garden and local and organic regional farms and cook with passion to deliver exquisite flavor in every bite.
Chef Frankie grew up in the kitchen of his Sicilian grandmother. The ritual of cooking to feed a large family around a rustic kitchen table exemplified an act of love. From childhood he learned to infuse food with passion and deliver exquisite flavor in every bite. This deeply engrained philosophy is evident in every Gracia plate.
Stephanie’s talent for design, eye for detail and love for connecting with people sets the tone for each Gracia location. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel as welcomed as if you entered their family home. She infuses the physical space with its uniquely warm and welcoming vibe and holds the standard for Gracia’s exemplary service levels.
